Rankings HQ

• On-line Registration: Players will be able to register and purchase tickets for your tournament via Rankings HQ. Payment for tickets is compulsory upon registration ensuring players commit to your tournament at time of registration.
• PayPal: Tickets are purchased via PayPal utilising all payment options of PayPal credit (for PayPal account holders) and Credit Card for non-PayPal account holders.
• Multiple Currencies: Tickets can be sold in all major currencies. If there is a currency we don't offer standard then speak with us and we will see what we can arrange for you.
• Multiple Ticket Types: Several ticket types can be set up to cater for early bird discounts and/or different product types. You have control over when the ticket types are available, when they expire and the number of each ticket type to be sold.
• Product Cost: Rankings HQ will charge a fee of 10% of all money we collect for your tournament from ticket sales. This fee will be deducted prior to transfer of funds to your nominated bank or PayPal account.
• Tournament Promotion: Rankings HQ will run a banner promoting your tournament and its ticket sales via the square banner displayed on most pages on the site. This banner and RHQ's promotional channels will raise awareness of your tournament and contribute towards greater ticket sales. History will show that tournaments that sell their tickets via RHQ get an increase in sales that more than covers the product fees.

Can I sell tickets through my own channels as well?

Yes. You are able to sell tickets to your tournament outside of Rankings HQ by any means you wish. You will have administration access to your registered player list on RHQ and be able to manually enter the players that you sell tickets to personally (either by collecting cash in person or setting up a direct debit). This will ensure the published list of registered players is accurate.

Will I have to pay a fee on tickets I sell myself?

No. RHQ will only charge the 10% fee on tickets sold through our system.
